Despite most of Justin Biebers crew refusing to travel to Japan due to the fact they were afraid of post tsunami cancer concerns and their own safety.

The crew feared another earthquake might happen and they feared for their own safety. According to the Japanese government, the concert was given the all clear and that Justin Bieber is ok to perform in Japan. However other acts such as Avril Lavigne and Slash have postponed their Japan dates.
